Fair rules for every business on it.

This policy applies to everyone who uses EasyTaskr: account holders, their staff, their customers using a shop, catalogue or signing link, and anyone using our website. It forms part of our Terms of Service at easytaskr.com/terms. If you use EasyTaskr for a business, you are responsible for the people you give access to.

Do not use EasyTaskr to: • Break any law or regulation, including consumer, trading standards, tax, data protection and anti-money-laundering law • Sell goods or services that are illegal where you or your customer are, or that you are not licensed to sell • Process payments for fraudulent transactions, or disguise where money comes from • Infringe anyone’s copyright, trade marks or other rights, including in product photos and descriptions • Store or send personal data without a lawful basis, or ignore a person’s request to stop

EasyTaskr can send email, WhatsApp and text messages, post to social media and ask customers for reviews. When you use these: • Send marketing only to people who agreed to receive it, and honour every opt-out • Do not send spam, misleading offers or messages that pretend to come from someone else • Do not post false, defamatory, hateful or harassing content • Do not write or buy fake reviews, or offer rewards only for positive ones • Only feature a customer in content when you have their consent, and keep the record

AI features help you write and decide; they do not replace your judgement. • Check AI-written text, prices and figures before you publish or send them • Do not use AI features to create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or harmful, or that impersonates a real person • Do not try to make the AI reveal other businesses’ data or ignore its safeguards

Do not: • Try to reach another business’s data, or any account or system you are not authorised to use • Probe, scan or test the platform for weaknesses without our written permission (see "Reporting a security issue" on easytaskr.com/security) • Upload malware, or anything designed to damage or overload the service • Get around rate limits, access controls or usage limits • Scrape or harvest data from the service with automated tools, except through features we provide for it • Share your sign-in, or let more people use an account than your plan allows

Do not resell, sublicense or rebrand access to EasyTaskr without our written agreement, and do not use it to build a competing product. Keep your usage within what your plan allows; if you need more, talk to us.

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove the content, pause the feature involved (for example messaging or social posting), or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious it is. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where the law requires, we will report it to the authorities. To report misuse of EasyTaskr, email support@easytaskr.com.
