Why it exists

Four things that never talked to each other.

A till, a spreadsheet, an accounts package and a notebook. Each held a piece of the truth and none held all of it. EasyTaskr puts them in one place without turning it into a project.

The company behind it

EasyTaskr is made by Tech Me Today Ltd.

A software company registered in England and Wales, building one thing: the system a small business runs on. We write the code, run the servers and answer the support emails ourselves.

Our mission: give every small business the tools a big one has, without the cost, the consultants or the six-month project.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

    Plain words

    Screens say “orders to deliver” and “who owes you”, not codes and jargon. If a new member of staff cannot follow it, we change the screen.

  2. 02

    Real numbers only

    Nothing on a screen is made up to fill a gap. If something has not been recorded yet, it says so.

  3. 03

    Options, not strict rules

    Businesses work differently, so where they differ it is a setting you choose, not a rule we impose.

    Your data is yours

    You can export it at any time, it is kept apart from every other business, and we never sell it.

AI, used responsibly

AI that helps, and asks first.

EasyTaskr uses AI where it saves real time: type / for a command or @ for the exact customer, product or order, have an invoice or a social post drafted for your OK, or ask “what sold best this week?” of your own records.

  • Leading models

    Requests go to models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Groq or Google, chosen for the task, through their business APIs.

  • Only your own records

    The assistant can only read the business it is working for. It is built to ignore instructions hidden in data, and tested for it.

  • Drafts, not decisions

    AI suggests and drafts. It asks before it changes anything, and a person stays responsible.

  • Labelled and optional

    AI features are marked as AI, and a business that would rather not use them can have them switched off.

Security and data protection

Kept safe, kept apart, kept in the UK.

  • Every business’s data is kept separate, and every request is checked against the business it belongs to.
  • Everything travels over HTTPS; passwords are hashed and connected-account keys are encrypted.
  • Two-step sign-in, roles and permissions decide who sees what.
  • Hosted in DigitalOcean’s London region, with daily database backups. Registered with the ICO.

What happens when you move over.

    Bring your list over

    Send the product list you already have; a spreadsheet is fine. It is loaded and checked with you.

  2. 02

    Switch on what you use

    Go through the parts once and keep the ones your trade needs. The rest stay out of the menu.

  3. 03

    Serve a customer

    Take one real sale on it. That is the test that matters, and it usually happens the same day.
